Head Chef - Bacolod

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily kitchen operations and workflow.
  2. Develop and update menus based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.
  3. Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards are consistently met.
  4. Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff.
  5. Manage kitchen inventory, orders, and cost control.
  6. Collaborate with management to plan for new branch openings and special events.

Qualifications Required:

  1. Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
  2. 5+ years of experience in a senior kitchen role, preferably in a multi-branch restaurant.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen best practices.
  5. Creativity and passion for food and menu innovation.
  6. Excellent organizational and communication skills.


Salary range per month: ₱ 90,000 - ₱ 120,000

Job Profile:
